Yoga
Movement and meditation to calm the mind, soothe the
spirit and strengthen and stretch the body. Betsy is a certified Kripalu
Yoga Teacher. Kripalu Yoga instruction is now available in one-on-one
sessions and classes.
Classes run regularly from early September
through mid-June at the following locations:
Northeast Delta
Dental
Mondays, 4:15- 5:30 p.m., Two Delta Drive, Concord
(no classes on major holidays)
Work Site Yoga
Bring yoga into your workplace. Betsy also offers yoga on site at locations

One-on-one sessions and semi-private yoga lessons in small groups are
also available.
